If there’s one thing we’ve seen proven over and over in our world, the Law is not immutable or for one purpose. The Law is a tool. In the hands of a just and good ruler, it’s a shepherd’s crook. In the hands of a tyrant, the Law is a scourge. 2 Michael is of that rare breed who cares not that Law is used well, simply that it is weilded by a single iron fist.

The law, as carved by Koss with the chisel Yismir in to the cold soul of every angel is planted deep within my brothers. Almost all of them are bound to their natures by their time in the void and the stone of their bodies.
To take the the great chisel to ones body and soul is the hardest of tasks. It is apothiosis, the beginning of royalty, of sovereignty. And, we know the sword that awaits those who cannot.
I shall weep for my sibling who face the sundering, and pray that some may yet be saved. 🏳️⚧️

I do wonder whether it is, or if Gog-Agog were to actually lock in she could devour a legion of angels, if not Metatron. Because I do assume she’s not taking acting at her maximum effectiveness even now – but then she may be incapable of doing so after so long.

there’s several orders of angels. the original was the concordant knights, formed to keep order after Zoss took over Throne with humans who made them their ash bodies. it dissolved when the Universal War among the demiurges broke out. white chain still thought of herself as part of it at the beginning of the comic iirc, clinging on to old ideology nearly all angels had abandoned by this time. then there’s the concordant harmonies, which is the direct successor group lead by 2 Michael. they claim to basically just be the OG knights but everyone knows they’re corrupt and don’t really care about keeping the peace anymore. and there’s the thorn knights, thats juggernaut star and the other hog riders on this page, they’re lead by Metatron 1 and seek basically just annihilation. close off throne from the rest of the wheel, kill everyone still inside, maybe turn the wheel back while they’re at it
or at least that is how i understand it

right the big difference is that 2 Michael wants a new heir to take Zoss’s place and restore some semblance of order and the Thorn Knights want to wipe everything to how it was before Zoss came around at all, but they’re functionally on the same side (Metatron’s)
