Marvel has quietly pulled the plug on Wonder Man just months after Disney said the show would return for a second season, a reversal that will not surprise viewers who felt the series never quite justified the hype. The move also puts an end to one of Marvel’s more talked-about creative swings. Variety reported that the studio dropped the project, and insiders said the writers were never asked to begin a second-season script before being released from their commitments.
