Okay, somehow I missed this issue when I closed the book on 2008 and therefore I was very confused when I wrote about Amazing Spider-Man #575, where Hammerhead was resurrected by Mr. Negative. It happened here.
This issue also had an inconsequential story about Peter and Harry Osborn and a courtroom interlude co-starring Matt Murdock that served as a prelude to Amazing Spider-Man #582, which was published several months after this issue.
Strange.
