An Atlantean terrorist group attacks California, and Norman Osborn tells Namor to track them down and kill every one. Namor refuses, so Osborn orders Sentry to do it.
Sentry is against killing, so Osborn tells him to bring forth The Void from within himself. He does, and kills all but one of the Atlanteans, bringing the final one back to Osborn.
Osborn feeds the survivor to Venom.
Meanwhile, Noh-Varr is AWOL and Osborn is hearing his Green Goblin persona talking to him. This appears to be a literary parallel to Sentry: Osborn lured out Sentry’s second personality, and now his own is rising.
Note that the action on the cover never happens.
