Studios' next Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series has been revealed, offering readers a chance to catch up with the original team well before the first issue arrives. Not only do readers learn where the original five Rangers went in life after leaving the Command Center behind, but they also learn exactly why Tommy Oliver is nowhere to be seen.

The new series will bring back the original team of Jason, Kimberly, Zack, Trini, and Billy, and will pick up ten years after they walked away from being Power Rangers. While most went on to lead entirely different careers, Billy stayed behind to help train the next generation of Rangers, only for the threat of Rita Rabiosa to bring them back together. The upcoming Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series from BOOM! Studios is a high-point for fans of both the classic series and the publisher's nearly decade-long take on the franchise. Beginning in 2016, BOOM! Studios produced some of the most memorable and Morphinomenal Power Rangers comics of all time, with original characters and concepts becoming an indelible part of the wider franchise.

Currently, there are several new Power Rangers stories in the pipeline that fans are looking forward to, each of which will be glimpsed in the upcoming Comics Giveaway Day 2026: Power Rangers #0.
