This is NOT a Garth Ennis joint, but Marvel sure tried to make it look like one. Reads like one, too. There’s some child sex trafficking and S&M, lots of cursing, and it spends more time with the villains than with Punisher.
It’s good, though. Punisher has an exceptionally high bodycount as he blasts his way through a criminal enterprise to save a bunch of underage girls who have been sold as sex slaves.
Like most MAX Punisher, there’s a high likelihood that this is not canon, but it’s hard to know for sure.
