She-Hulk #37-38 (2009): Series ends

2 weeks ago 12

I am one of Peter David’s biggest fans but man am I happy to see this book end.  It’s been bad for a long time, but David’s run has only deepened that hole.

She-Hulk goes on trial for fighting her old enemy Man-Elephant (who now calls himself Behemoth).  Only it was Jazinda the Skrull pretending to be She-Hulk.

You know what?  Never mind.  It doesn’t matter.  I mean it LITERALLY doesn’t matter.  In the end, Mallory Book from She-Hulk’s law firm goes to “Fourth Wall Enterprises,” shuts the series down, and expunges it.

So i”m assuming this book is not considered canon?
