Star Citizen consists of several missions that reward the players with Star Citizen aUEC and other decorations. One of such mission categories is the hauling missions, which require the player to haul the cargo from one place and deliver it to another. Rewards are offered upon completion. But hauling isn’t as easy as it looks because you may encounter pirate ships during the mission as well.
Now, one of such missions is the Red Wind Linehaul, which is quite an old one, to be honest, but since some changes related to it have been introduced recently, we have bought you this guide, in which we will provide you with all the details you need about this specific mission, so buckle up and let’s dive in.
What is Red Wind Linehaul’s Reputation?
This is one of the hauling factions in Star Citizen that offer the players cargo-delivering missions. You earn reputation points as you complete their missions. A better reputation gives way to more complex yet rewarding contracts with them. Your reputation can be tracked through the Delphi Mobiglas app.

How to progress through this mission?
Previously, you were required to select a faction like CFP or Headhunters, but now that is not needed, so it has become easier to progress through these missions.
Trainee -> Rookie
Now this is the very beginning, so the missions will be easier and quicker to complete, but of course less rewarding as well.
Step 1 – Grab Cargo Hauling Ship
Of course, the first thing for a delivery mission is going to be grabbing a decent ship that you can fit all your cargo in. For the first section of the mission, you don’t really need a large one.
Step 2 – Head over to Hurston
There is the option of microTech. Arc Corp and Crusader as well, but that is not recommended because those two routes take you through the ASD facilities, and since there are no quantum markers, you will have to fly manually.
Step 3 – Pick up the Cargo at HUR-L5
This is a high-course station which is located at the fifth Lagrangian point (L5), and the pickup there is also fairly easy since we are still beginners.
Step 4 – Drop off the Cargo at Lorville
This is also going to be as easy. You just need to turn the cargo in at the collection point. After this, you have completed the mission. Hence, unlocking the rookie rank.

Rookie -> Junior
This is where things start to open up to every type of mission that is available. You could head over to the contracts and choose any mission, but it’s recommended to focus on the planetary mission.
The best mission is the Sakura Sun Magnolia Work Center. Just pick your cargo and deliver it to Everest.
• Only take missions from Covalex & Sakura Sun
• Greycat missions are not recommended because they are generally hostile.
Best Ship to Use? Drake Golem. Has an excellent cargo capacity of 64 Scu. Don’t have it? Well, time toto buy Star Citizen ships.

Junior -> Experienced
This is one of the longest missions, so for those who hate grinding, this is where you back off. We have skipped the Members part because you will be doing the same stuff in both.
• Step 1 – Head over to the Stellar Category in the missions.
• Step 2 – Pick any mission. The Sacren’s plot one is recommended
• Step 3 – Head over to Sacren’s Plot to pick the processed food.
• Step 4 – Deliver it to Sunset Mesa
The Member rank missions are the same; they just require you to pick up at multiple spots, but go around for 113k, which is quite worth it.
• 10 x Junior Missions = Member Rank
• 20 x Member Missions = Experienced Rank

Experienced -> Senior
This is easier than the previous two and much quicker as well, but only if you have a caterpillar of a C2.
• Step 1 – Head back to the Stellar Category
• Step 2 – Scroll down and find missions around 200k
• Step 3 – If your ship is big enough, you could stack two or three missions.
• Step 4 – Recommended missions are the ones revolving around the Starlight Service Centre and the Obituary.
• Step 5 – If you abandon any mission, it will refresh.

Senior -> Master
Now, at the final rank grind, the problem is going to be the Potential Wildlife Location, which will have us deliver a shipment if we accept the mission. The problem here is that the location is bugged, and your ship will crash if you try to deliver.
So, what players can do, if they really want to grind through senior rank, is just dig through the missions and find the ones with no Potential Wildlife Location. One of such missions is the Gaslight Obituary Endgame one.

Conclusion
Now these missions are not for the laid-back or instant coffee type players. These require the patience of a bread-maker because they are going to take a long time to complete. But once you reach the Experienced Level, it’s all going to be worth it with all the credits and rewards you are going to earn.
