Thor v1 #369, 1986 - Balder battles Thor on Walt Simonson's frenetic cover design. The figures are nearly mirror images of each other, turned on a vertical axis. While any background color would probably suffice, the white selection does make the scene lighter and airier. Even toward the end of his second run, Simonson turns in a fairly solid effort.
