Watch: ‘A Super Progressive Movie’ Trailer That’s Meant to Offend!

In the past few years I’ve been fascinated by, not only the U.S. culture war, but the culture wars taking place all over the west. It’s interesting to hear what foreigner’s think about U.S. politics and learn about theirs.

It’s amazing just how much the culture wars parallel in western countries. I watched with glee as English patriots hung the St. Georges Cross all over their nation in defiance of their government’s immigration policy.  I even learned about a thing called Gammonzilla.

Look it up if you don’t know.

I also follow the goings-on in Australia. While not as volatile as the U.S., England, or Germany, the land down under has its own problems. Specifically with censorship in the form of esafety commissioner Julie Inman Grant, who is, ironically, American-born. Yes, we have literally exported one of our crazies who has risen high enough in the Australian government ranks to censor an entire nation.

But there has been pushback to the invasive censorship. In August, Australian patriots rallied for protests across the nation for a March for Australia rally that was attended by all races that wanted to keep Australia Australian. Of course, real Nazis showed up just enough to dampen the march, which the mainstream media used to insinuate it was a racist rally. But the message was clear. Patriots were done and wanted their country back.

All of this leads to Pauline Hanson’s A Super Progressive Movie which was was spawned from the Please Explain cartoons and skewers progressives in the west. What could be considered the South Park Movie of Australia, A Super Progressive Movie intentionally tries to antagonize the left.

And this is why they were censored.

Like the Streisand Effect has stated, this censorship has only led to more interest in the film that debuts on Australia Day, 26 January 2026.

Here is the terrible trailer that got A Super Progressive Movie banned in Australia’s Parliament House.

It will be interesting to see if the American Karen will try and cancel A Super Progressive Movie come January 2026. I can admit that trailer might not be as funny to those who don’t follow the Australian culture war, but that is why it’s best to listen to real Australians break it down for you further.
